We will come and set the balloons up on the day of your event and will work with you to determine the best time to install your balloons.

Our most popular venues are located around Staffordshire but we are not restricted to these areas – we will deliver across the UK. However, minimum orders and delivery charges do apply and these will increase the further afield we travel.

COLLECTION

You are welcome to collect your balloons, rather than having them delivered. We ask that collections are booked in at a pre-arranged time and date.

Prices for Delivery

The information below provides an estimate of delivery prices. When we receive your enquiry, with details of your venue or location, we can provide an exact quote. Please note: delivery will be charged twice if we need to return after the event to collect any frames or hire items.

10 – 20 miles

Delivery price: £15 – £25

Minimum order: £100 – £150



20 – 30 miles

Delivery price: £25 – £35

Minimum order: £150 – £200

Delivery price: £35 – £45

Minimum order: £200 – £250



40 – 50 miles

Delivery price: £45 – £55

Minimum order: £200 +

How it works

Shop for balloons

Check availability

Refer to the AVAILABILITY CALENDAR which will give you an indication of our availability on the day of your event.


Contact us

Please  contact us if you would like to  make a booking, have a query or if you would like to request a quote for a design not included on our website.

We’ll get back to you with more information and to confirm prices and availability. 


Payment

If you’d like to make a booking, we will ask for either a 50% deposit (if your event is more than 2 months away) or full payment (if less than 2 months away). We will send an invoice with details to make a bank transfer or with a secure payment link if you prefer to pay by card.


Confirmation

Once payment is received, we will send you confirmation of the booking. An invoice for the final balance will be sent 2 weeks before your event, if applicable.
