GENERAL
No. The balloons detailed on the website are our more popular designs. Please contact us if you would like something more bespoke or if you have seen any images of balloons that you would like a quote for.
No, we don’t support balloon releases. We are a member of PEBA (Pro Environment Balloon Alliance) whose aim is to drive environmentally responsible change within the balloon industry.
Unfortunately, this isn’t a service that we offer. There are other shops in the local area who can do this for you.
There are a lot of factors that will effect the longevity of your balloons. These include the type and sizes of the balloons, whether they are filled with air or helium and also the environment that they are kept in. Please see our page Caring for your balloons (and what to expect) which will provide more information.
Our availability calendar will give you an idea of whether we are available on the day of your event. Please contact us if you’re unsure and we would be happy to confirm our availability.
payment
When you are ready to make a booking, we will email an invoice over to you. The invoice will include details for paying by bank transfer and also a secure link for making card payment.
If you are placing an order for an event that is less than 2 months away, we ask for full payment in order to secure the booking.
If you are placing an order for an event that is more than 2 months away, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the invoice and then the remaining balance 2 weeks before the event.

Delivery
We will deliver across the UK. However, minimum orders and delivery charges do apply and these will increase the further afield that we travel. The delivery information page will give you an idea of delivery prices and minimum orders within the local area. Please contact us for more information and a quote.
Yes, absolutely. Collections come with a minimum order of £100. We ask that collections are booked in at a pre-arranged time and date. Please see our delivery, collection & availability page for more information on our location.
